Our customer service winner for last month was Steve. Steve is the father of four teenagers…go ahead, feel sorry for him! They keep him running. He chased his boys from hockey tournament to hockey tournament as they were growing up, living and breathing all that is hockey.
At TCS he is one of our telephone techs and our customers love him! He goes out of his way to make sure that everything is working well. We can always count on him to assist with problems as they arise, and work them out quickly. He’s truly an asset to our company.
